Plains All American Pipeline LP (NYSE: PAA) opened a public offering of senior notes, the company said Sept. 2.
Net proceeds will repay outstanding commercial paper program borrowings and support general corporate purposes, the company said.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Barclays Capital Inc., BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Inc. are joint book-running managers, Plains All American said.
Houston-based Plains All American Pipeline LP is an MLP that owns and operates oil and natural gas midstream infrastructure.
