Description
On the western shelf of the Arkoma Basin, a horizontal Pennsylvanian test was completed by Muskogee, Okla.-based Douglas Q. Jones LLC. The #1-19BH Prentice is in Section 19-5n-9e of Hughes County, Okla. It was perforated, acidized and fracture-stimulated in Lower Booch Sand at 3,223-6,145 ft. It initially pumped 26 bbl of 34-degree-gravity oil and 212 bbl of water per day. The venture was drilled to the north to 6,200 ft and the true vertical depth is 2,780 ft.
