Penn West Petroleum Ltd. regained compliance with the New York Stock Exchange's (NYSE) continued listing standard for common stock, the company said July 4.
On Jan. 4, the NYSE notified the company that the minimum average closing price for its common stock had fallen below the closing price of $1 for one consecutive 30-day trading period. The company regained compliance on June 30.
