Parsley Energy Inc. (NYSE: PE) created executive officer, senior vice president and vice president tiers, and also appointed three new officers—reorganizing its management—the company said Jan. 5.
Bryan Sheffield, chairman and CEO, said that Mark Brown was promoted to vice president of security and risk management; Kristin McClure was promoted to vice president of human resources; and Mark Timmons was promoted to vice president of field operations.
Sheffield also said that Matt Gallagher was promoted to president and COO. He most recently was the COO, Sheffield said.
The updated management team, effective Jan. 5, is as follows:

- Matt Gallagher, president and COO;
- Ryan Dalton, executive vice president and CFO; and
- Colin Roberts, executive vice president, general counsel.
Senior vice presidents:

- Brad Smith, senior vice president of corporate strategy and investor relations; and
- Paul Treadwell, senior vice president of operations.
Vice presidents:

- Cecilia Camarillo, vice president of accounting;
- Kristin McClure, vice president of human resources;
- Larry Parnell, vice president of engineering;
- Stephanie Reed, vice president of land; and
- Mark Timmons, vice president of field operations.
