EOG Resources Inc. completed a Parkman horizontal exploratory test in the Powder River Basin that initially pumped 1.189 Mbbl of oil, 595 Mcf of gas and 1.073 Mbbl of water per day. Located in Section 18-40n-72w in Converse County, Wyo., #2PH NYMAG-Federal-Com is producing from a horizontal Parkman lateral extending nearly two miles northward to 17,630 ft at a bottom-hole location in Section 7-40n-72w with a true vertical depth of 7,724 ft. It was tested following 30-stage fracturing between 8,224 and 17,522 ft.
