Panther Energy Inc. (OTC: PNEG), a development-stage oil and gas exploration and production company, has changed its corporate name to Falcon Crest Energy following objection from another industry participant regarding the previously announced use of the name "Panther Energy."
"Rather than lose focus on our ambitions of growing a profitable E&P company, we have decided at this time not to engage in any dispute(s) and rebrand ourselves with a fresh name, Falcon Crest Energy," stated company CEO Patrick Johnson.
The company's corporate office is in Toronto.
