Overseas Shipholding Group Inc. received approval to transfer its stock listing to the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) from the NYSE MKT exchange, the crude oil and petroleum products tanker company said June 23.
Captain Ian T. Blackley, OSG’s president and CEO, said the company is returning to trading on the NYSE.
The common stock will begin trading on the NYSE June 28. The common stock will continue trading under the ticker “OSG.”
