The offer includes about 42,768 net acres surrounded by multiple horizontal target test wells, according to Meagher. The acreage is located in Creek, Okmulgee and Okfuskee counties, Okla.

Bids are due March 9. The sale is expected to close April 19 with a Feb. 1 effective date.
