Noble Energy Partners purchased additional U.S. midstream assets in Montana for a combined value of $27.5 million from an undisclosed seller, the company said Oct. 11.
The company, which has offices in Canada and Australia, paid $15 million for 100% working interest in a gas processing facility with pipelines. Noble Energy Partners also paid $12.5 million for a retail propane business that has a five-year supply deal, which is expected to close by year-end, with the gas processing facility.
The gas processing facility has capacity of 33 million cubic feet per day and consists of about 51 miles of two-inch to eight-inch gathering lines and ancillary facilities designed to gather gas from wells in Sweetwater County, Wyo.
The gathering system includes all gathering pipe, meters, valves, fittings and other appurtenant facilities. The approximate physical location of the gathering system comprising of 44 miles of eight-foot diameter pipeline, about four-inch pipeline, and associated equipment.
