NGL Energy Partners LP (NGL) and its wholly owned subsidiary NGL Energy Finance Corp. will offer $300 million, in aggregate principal amount, of senior notes due 2020, NGL said Nov. 30.
Net proceeds will reduce senior secured revolving credit facility borrowings and support general partnership purposes.
NGL Energy Partners LP is based in Tulsa.
