On June 9, Millennial Energy Partners LLC said it closed its upstream fund, Millennial PDP Fund V LP, through a private placement.
The fund supports the acquisition of nonoperated working interests in domestic oil and natural gas basins, Millennial said. It will support opportunities ranging from $1 million to $30 million, the company added.
The fund was led by partner Michael D. Piazza and associate Clay Brett, the company said.
Bracewell & Giuliani LLP was Millennial’s legal counsel, the company noted.
Millennial’s principals have invested in nonoperated working interests in domestic oil and natural gas since January 2013, the company said.
Millennial Energy Partners LLC is based in Houston.
