Memorial Resource Development Corp. (NASDAQ: MRD) opened a public offering of 30 million common shares, the company said Nov. 10.
Underwriters were granted a monthlong option to purchase 4.5 million additional shares, the company added.
Memorial Resource Development said it will not sell any shares or receive any proceeds.
