BXP Partners IV LP is offering its HBP leasehold in the Powder River Basin through a sealed-bid offering handled by EnergyNet.
The offer includes a leasehold position and entry point in a proven and emerging multi-horizon play in Campbell County, Wyo.
Highlights:
- 5,849.09 gross (5,154.68 net) leasehold acres;
- 100% HBP;
- 78% net revenue interest delivered;
- More than 120 active horizontal permits on leases with average working interest of 21%;
- Horizontal target formations include the Frontier, Mowry, Niobrara, Parkman, Sussex and Turner; and
- Area operators include Anschutz Oil Co. LLC, Devon Energy Production Co. LP, Peak Powder River Resources LLC, Petro-Hunt LLC and True Oil.
