Forge Energy LLC is marketing its operated Wolfcamp development in the Permian Basin.
The offering includes interest in about 12,000 gross/net acres in Pecos County, Texas. The Oil & Gas Asset Clearinghouse has been retained by the San Antonio-based company to handle the sale.
Highlights:
- 100% working interest and 75% net revenue interest;
- 12,682 gross/net acres;
- Primary term remaining with a two-year extension;
- Package includes three operated vertical wellbores;
- One proved developed producing;
- Two uncompleted;
- Wolfcamp conventional play and resource-driven Bone Spring/Wolfcamp;
- Additional potential in the Pennsylvanian and Ellenberger; and
- Potential reserves of more than 70 MMbbl of oil in place.
Bids are due May 27, and the effective date is June 1.
