CXA Oil & Gas Holdings LP is selling a nonop stake in more than 1,120 wells and well locations across the U.S. in five, separate sealed-bid offerings handled by EnergyNet.

The offer comprises working interests in producing wells in the Midcontinent and Rockies regions as well as the Permian, Williston and Gulf Coast basins. Operators include Apache Corp. (NYSE: APA), ConocoPhillips Co. (NYSE: COP) and Devon Energy Corp. (NYSE: DVN).

CXA Oil & Gas, as agent, is offering various nonoperated working interests in more than 150 wells and 30 well locations in the Permian Basin across multiple counties in New Mexico and Texas.

The assets are located in Eddy and Lea counties, N.M., and Andrews, Crane, Crosby, Gaines, Howard, Loving, Martin, Pecos, Schleicher, Sutton, Ward and Winkler counties, Texas.
