Kelly Kerr has resigned, effective immediately, as the CFO and vice president of finance for Magnum Energy Inc. (TSXV: MEN.V), the company said April 2.
“The board wishes to thank Mr. Kerr for his efforts and contribution over the past sixteen months and wish him continued success in his new endeavors,” the company added.
Calgary, Alberta-based Magnum Energy Inc. focuses on two producing core properties in the province’s southeast-central area.
