Gary Lobb resigned as CFO of Shoreline Energy Corp. (TO: SEQ), effective immediately, the company said Jan. 22.
CEO Trevor Folk will replace him as CFO, and Dan Thompson, a director of the board, will become CEO, the company said.
"On behalf of the board of Shoreline, we wish Gary the very best in his future endeavors," said Folk.
Calgary, Alberta-based Shoreline Energy Corp. develops and produces petroleum and natural gas in Canada and the U.S.
