Securities of Linn Energy LLC (NASDAQ: LINE) and LinnCo LLC will be delisted from NASDAQ, Linn said May 23. Trading of the securities will be suspended prior to the market open on May 24.
The securities will begin trading on OTC on May 24 under the tickers “LINEQ” and “LNCOQ,” respectively.
Linn said that neither company will file plans to regain NASDAQ compliance, nor will they appeal the exchange’s decision.
NASDAQ will file with the Securities and Exchange Commission to remove the shares its from listing and registration.
