On Oct. 30, New Source Energy Partners LP appointed Kristian B. Kos as chairman of the board of directors of New Source Energy GP LLC, its general partner.
Kos will remain CEO of the general partner, the company added.
New Source Energy GP’s board promoted Dikran Tourian to president and COO, the company noted.
Previously, Tourian was president of the partnership’s oilfield services division, and he is also a member of the general partner’s board.
“Dikran’s experience as a co-founder of MCE, combined with his years of experience in operations, have prepared him well to serve as president and chief operating officer of the partnership,” said Kos, adding, “I believe that his business experience coupled with his strong leadership will be an invaluable asset to the partnership as we move forward.”
Oklahoma City-based New Source Energy Partners LP develops and produces oil and liquids in east-central Oklahoma.
