Kinder Morgan Energy Partners LP (NYSE: KMP) and Kinder Morgan Management LLC (NYSE: KMR) have filed their annual reports on Form 10-K for the year ended Dec. 31, 2011, with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
According to a March 2 news release, chairman and CEO Richard D. Kinder’s shareholder letters to KMP and KMR and annual reports on Form 10-K are available free of charge on the Kinder Morgan website in the Investors section.
KMP and KMR shareholders may also receive a hard copy of the respective annual report on Form 10-K, which includes the audited financial statements.
