Joint Venture Strategic Advisors (JVSA) was formed to provide publicly traded and privately held energy companies around the world with financial experts on joint ventures (JV). Pannell Kerr Forster of Texas PC (PKF Texas), The Catalyst Group of Calgary and Joint Venture Management Inc. (JVMI) formed the firm, PKF Texas said June 24.
Joint ownership interest was acquired in JVMI to form JVSA. which became effective June 1. JVMI has been in business for 20 years.
JVSA will provide JV management, JV auditing, contract and agreement management, vendor compliance and dispute resolution services at offices in Houston and Calgary, Alberta, said PKF Texas, an advisory firm.
JVSA will be led by L. Brad Clarke, CEO; Michael Devonshire, COO; Steve Bosma, president; Kirsten Strieck, executive vice president; G. Scott Soles, senior vice president; and Brian Baumler, senior vice president.
Publicly traded and privately held companies in North America and around the world will receive services, which are scalable to middle-market companies, the firm said.

JVMI was a recognized subject matter expert for joint ventures in the oil and gas industry and we are pleased that the leadership team at JVMI will continue with JVSA,” said Cam Crawford, chairman of Catalyst. “Catalyst is excited to extend its current service offerings with the formation of JVSA.”
