Joe Pukaite was appointed as senior vice president and CFO of Templar Energy LLC, effective April 1, an April 6 press release said.
Pukaite joined Templar from Freeport-McMoRan Oil & Gas LLC, where he most recently was treasurer from 2013 to 2017. He has experience in financial, capital markets, and M&A through work in treasury, corporate development and investment banking. He began his career in operations as an engineer at Schlumberger, and has more than 23 years’ experience in the energy sector, the press release said.
Pukaite earned a bachelor’s degree from Baylor University and a master’s of business administration degree from Rice University in 2001.
Templar Energy LLC is based in Oklahoma City.
