(RES), announces the award of ecological offsets by TransCanada Keystone L.P. supporting the permitting and construction of the Keystone Pipeline Gulf Coast Project in Lamar, Delta, Hopkins, Franklin, and Wood Counties, Texas. RES’ Brooks Creek Mitigation Bank, located in Bowie County, Texas, supplied bottomland hardwood mitigation credits for this project permit.
