While studies show that many members of Generation-Y (born 1982-1995) are more concerned about high salaries and a work-life balance than their predecessors, a recent Deloitte survey of young oil-and-gas professionals refutes that notion.
The survey reveals that Generation-Y employees in the oil-and-gas industry are different from their peers in a number of ways.
