DUG Canada 2013: A Pipeline’s Path To Social License

Kinder Morgan plans to spend $5.8 billion in Canada on its signature project to expand its TransMountain pipeline system. The 1,150-kilometer line will run from Edmonton, Alberta, to Burnaby, British Columbia, near Vancouver. At present, regulatory process is under way. “Technical issues are not at the forefront,” said Ian D.
