Forum Energy Technologies Inc. priced a public offering of 7 million common shares at $21.50 each, for gross proceeds of about $75.3 million, according to a Dec. 5 press release.
The net proceeds will support acquisitions and general corporate purposes, and Forum will not receive any of the proceeds received by SCF Partners and Tinicum, the selling stockholders.
The company offered the shares alongside certain funds affiliated with the selling stockholders.
Of the 7 million, 3.5 million shares are being offered by the selling stockholders, and 3.5 million are being offered by Forum.
Forum and certain selling stockholders granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase 525,000 additional shares and 525,000 common shares, respectively.
The offering is scheduled to close Dec. 9.
Goldman Sachs & Co. and Wells Fargo Securities are joint book-runners.
