Forbes Energy Services Ltd. (NASDAQ: FES) said on May 15 that it had appointed Steve Macek as its executive vice president of well servicing.
Macek joined the company in 2007 has more than 30 years’ experience in well service management, the company said. Macek will oversee work ranging from rig services to well abandonment, the company added.
"Steve has been a critical part of our growth and has been successful at cultivating relationships with customers that have transformed into long-term business for the company,” said John Crisp, president and CEO. Crisp added, “With his leadership and direction, we believe we can achieve a new level of growth."
Alice, Texas-based Forbes Energy Services Ltd. is a domestic-focused oilfield services company.
