Chesapeake Energy Corp. must pay bondholders an additional $379.7 million after an appeals court ruled the company improperly redeemed at par a series of senior notes issued in 2012 and due to mature in 2019, a federal judge in Manhattan ruled, Bloomberg said July 10.
