Falcon Crest Energy Inc. said April 24 it plans to diversify its business strategy. The company develops oil and natural gas on about 585 acres in Rocky Ford Field in Crook County, Wyo.
Patrick Johnson, CEO, said the low commodity prices over the last six months have made it difficult to obtain funding for projects. If the company diversifies, “better and more sustainable” shareholder value can be provided, he added.
The company is based in Dallas.
