Essential Energy Services Ltd. closed the transaction to sell its service rig business to Precision Drilling Corp., according to a Dec. 19 press release.
Essential Energy received Precision’s coil tubing and pumping assets, and cash proceeds of $12 million.
Essential Energy Services Ltd. provides the largest masted coil tubing fleet in Canada, serving western Canadian oil and gas producers.
