EQT Midstream Partners LP priced a public offering of about 5.7 million common units representing limited partner interests, the company said Nov. 10.
Total gross proceeds will be about $406 million. They will support general partnership purposes, including funding a portion of EQM’s anticipated transmission and gathering expansion in 2016.
Underwriters were granted an option to purchase 847,500 additional units.
Citigroup and Barclays are joint book-running managers.
EQT Midstream Partners LP is based in Pittsburgh.
