EOG Resources Inc. has retained Meagher Energy Advisors to sell certain Oklahoma operated Springer Sand production assets.
The package includes an average 72% working interest (57% net revenue interest) in 12 producing wells (11 operated) from the Springer Sands in Stephens County. The properties are on 1,634 net acres with some depth restrictions. A 100% owned gas-gathering system for ten wells is included.
Production in September is projected to be 1.07 million cubic feet of gas and 49.3 barrels of oil per day (539,000 cubic feet and 29.8 barrels net). Projected net cash flow for September is $140,341.
