EnLink Midstream named Benjamin D. Lamb as senior vice president - finance and corporate development, effective immediately, the Dallas-based company said Nov. 18.
In his new role, Lamb will continue to lead mergers, acquisitions and financing transactions for EnLink. He will also partner with the Gas and Liquids Business Units to identify and execute development projects that support EnLink’s overall growth strategy.
Prior to joining Crosstex Energy, EnLink’s predecessor, in 2012, he worked in the investment banking industry, focusing on clients in the energy industry. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance, economics and international business from Baylor University.
“Ben’s financial expertise and broad experience in energy transactions make him uniquely qualified to lead a team focused on generating opportunities to help us double the size of the company by 2017,” said Barry E. Davis, EnLink’s president and CEO, in a statement. “He has been an important part of the development and execution of the $1 billion of growth projects that we recently announced. I am confident he will continue to make major contributions to the future success of EnLink.”
EnLink Midstream is publicly traded through two entities: EnLink Midstream Partners LP (NYSE: ENLK), the MLP, and EnLink Midstream LLC (NYSE: ENLC), the publicly traded general partner entity.
