Drilling Activity Summary

Description

EnerVest Operating Corp., based in Houston, has completed two Eagleville Field oil wells in Karnes County (RRC Dist. 2), Texas. The discoveries are on a 574.5-acre Central Texas Coast lease in Ramon Musquiz Survey, A-7, with parallel laterals bottoming a mile to the north-west beneath the IRR Presidio Co Survey, A-322. According to IHS Markit, #9H Gussie Yanta was tested flowing 5.924 Mbbl of 39.7-degree-gravity crude, 3.57 MMcf of gas and 1.96 Mbbl of water per day. The horizontal producer was completed in an acid- and fracture-treated Eagle Ford Shale zone at 11,003-15,245 ft. Gauged on a 23/64-in. choke, the flowing tubing pressure was 3,237 psi, and the flowing casing pressure was 700 psi. It was drilled to 15,311 ft, 10,338 ft true vertical. The offsetting #11H Gussie Yanta flowed 5.78 Mbbl of 40-degree-gravity crude, 3.493 MMcf of gas and 1.178 Mbbl of water per day. The well was tested through acid- and fracture-treated perforations at 10,953-14,940 ft and was drilled to 15,007 ft, 10,335 ft true vertical. Tested on a 22/64-in. choke, the flowing tubing pressure was 3,375 psi, and the flowing casing pressure was 825 psi.
