Enerplus Resources (USA) Corp. closed the sale of its non-operated assets in North Dakota for total cash consideration of US$292 million (about CA$390 million), the Enerplus Corp. subsidiary said Jan. 3.
The sale is subject to tax and customary post-closing adjustments.
