Energtek Inc. (OTC: EGTK) appointed Yoav Krill as its CEO, the company said Jan. 23. Krill replaces Lev Zaidenberg in the role, the company added, noting that Zaidenberg will be company president.
Krill will head U.S. activities in his role as CEO, the company said, adding that he has focused much of his work in the U.S. in recent decades.
Previously Krill was CEO of Teligent Inc. and had held management posts with IDT Corp. (NYSE: IDT), the company said.
"I'm extremely glad that Yoav Krill accepted our proposal to serve as CEO," said Zaidenberg, adding,"our activities are expanding and we need to reinforce our management. Yoav Krill is an outstanding addition. His wise view of the markets, his sharp commercial perception and his vast management experience, including logistic operations, are invaluable assets from which the company and its shareholders shall benefit.”
Energtek is involved in oil and natural gas exploration in Israel through subsidiary Gatal Ltd., and operates other subsidiaries in North America, Europe and Asia. It is a New York-based natural gas and adsorbed natural gas (ANG) developer.
