Eclipse Resources Corp. (NYSE: ECR) completed a public offering of 37.5 million common shares priced at $3.50 each, the company said July 5.
Underwriters received a 30-day option to purchase about 5.6 million common shares. Eclipse received about $123 million of net proceeds from the offering, which will fund part of the capex plan through 2017 and which will also support general corporate purposes.
Goldman Sachs & Co., KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc., Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and BMO Capital Markets Corp. were joint lead book-running managers.
