Donnycreek Energy Inc., Calgary, (Toronto Venture: DCK) plans to sell six sections of noncore and nonproducing rights in the Deep Basin in Alberta to an undisclosed industry partner for C$2 million in cash.
The deal is expected to occur prior to June 29.
