Devon Energy Production Co. LP, a subsidiary of Devon Energy Corp. (NYSE: DVN), has retained EnergyNet.com Inc. to divest a leasehold package consisting of approximately 7,997 net Permian Basin leasehold acres through a sealed bid offering.
Devon has 100% working interest in oil and gas leases on approximately 16,076 gross acres located in Andrews and Gaines counties, Texas. Devon is offering the package on two separate blocks and will accept offers for both blocks separately or together.
