Core Resource Management, Inc. (OTC: CRMI), acquired royalty and overriding royalty interests in three producing wells, along with all the mineral rights to 160 acres of Kansas land, from Dallas-based Mai Operations, the company said Jan. 6.
Core Resource began acquiring participating interests in producing properties during the second quarter of this year, the company said. In total, Core has royalty and working interests in 40 producing wells across Kansas, Texas and Oklahoma, the company added.
Core Resource Management is an oil and gas company that partners with operators in Texas and the Southwest to acquire existing oil and gas production.
Mai Operations is an oil and gas operating company.
