Clayton Williams Energy Inc. (NYSE: CWEI) closed its offer of 7.75% senior notes due 2019 with $250 million in proceeds, the company said March 10.
The offer had opened Feb. 6 and expired March 7, the company added.
All notes have been tendered for exchange, and notes that were tendered but not properly withdrawn have been accepted by the company, Clayton Williams said.
Clayton Williams Energy Inc., based in Midland, Texas, explores and produces oil and natural gas throughout Louisiana, New Mexico and Texas.
