Cheniere Corpus Christi Holdings LLC (CCH) will offer $1 billion in senior secured notes due 2025, parent Cheniere Energy Inc. (NYSE MKT: LNG) said Dec. 5.
CCH will use the net proceeds to prepay a portion of the principal amounts currently outstanding under its credit facilities.
