Common shares of Calgary-based PetroShale Inc. (TSXV: PSH.V) opened for trading in the U.S. on OTCQX International Jan. 28, the company said. The ticker is “PSHIF,” the company added.
The move to the segment of OTCQX “is designed to provide current and future U.S.-based shareholders with greater access to and ease of trading in PetroShale’s shares,” the company said.
The U.S.-based firm Dorsey & Whitney LLP is PetroShale’s principal American liaison (PAL) on OTCQX International, the company said.
PetroShale identifies and consolidates interests in the Williston Basin across North Dakota and Montana.
