Camarillo, Calif.-based BNK Petroleum Inc. (TO: BKX.TO) closed a previously announced bought deal offering for net proceeds of $35,002,000, the company said March 26.
The company issued 15,910,000 common shares at $2.20 each, BNK said.
Macquarie Capital Markets Canada Ltd. led the syndicate of underwriters which included GMP Securities LP, TD Securities Inc. and Cormark Securities Inc., the company added.
BNK Petroleum Inc., an exploration and production (E&P) company, works in domestic and international unconventional oil and natural gas areas.
