Sterling Resources Ltd. said Aug. 31 that CFO David Blewden will leave the company at the end of August. His departure is part of a broader corporate reorganization detailed in the recent second-quarter 2016 report.
Blewden helped complete the company’s recent recapitalization process.
Sterling also said that Christine Shinnie was appointed as CFO. She is currently the financial controller of Sterling Resources (UK) Ltd. Shinnie has worked with Sterling for 10 years.
She is a CIMA (UK) qualified accountant with more than 20 years of experience in financial management for the upstream oil and gas sector.
Sterling Resources Ltd. is based in Calgary, Alberta.
