The Texas General Land Office is auctioning 105 tracts covering 26,609.1755 net mineral acres across 14 counties.
EnergyNet has been retained to administer the sealed-bid auction.
The tracts are located in Aransas, Burleson, Calhoun, Culberson, Dimmit, Harris, Loving, Nueces, Pecos, Reeves, Refugio, Throckmorton, Ward and Webb counties, Texas.
Offers are being accepted and bids are due by 10 a.m. CT Jan. 17.
Potential buyers can register and prequalify for bidding on EnergyNet’s website. Instructions and user guides are available for online government lease sales.
