Atlas Resource Partners LP (NYSE: ARP) priced its offering of an additional $75 million, in aggregate principal amount, of senior unsecured notes, the company said Oct. 6.
The 9.25% notes are due 2021, and the offer was upsized, the company added.
The offer is scheduled to close Oct. 14, Atlas Resource said.
The net proceeds will fund part of the Eagle Ford assets acquisition, and might also support general partnership purposes, which might include repaying revolving credit facility borrowings, the company said.
Pittsburgh-based Atlas Resource Partners LP is an MLP that produces domestic oil and natural gas.
