Atlas Pipeline Partners LP (NYSE: APL) announced that it intends to offer $300 million of senior notes due 2020 in a private placement, subject to market conditions.
The partnership intends to use the net proceeds from this offering to repay a portion of its outstanding indebtedness under its revolving credit facility.
