Harvest Natural Resources Names Cygnus’ Stephen Haynes CFO

Harvest Natural Resources Inc., Houston, (NYSE: HNR) has named Stephen C. Haynes vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer, effective May 19. He was CFO for Cygnus Oil and Gas Corp. and was corporate controller with Carrizo Oil and Gas.

Steven W. Tholen will retire as senior vice president and CFO effective May 31.

Johnnye S. Yearwood has been named controller. She was assistant controller and has held other positions with the company.

Kurt A. Nelson will retire as vice president and controller, effective May 31.
