Petroleum Development Vice Chair McCullough Steps In As President

Petroleum Development Corp., Bridgeport, W.Va., (Nasdaq: PETD) has named Richard W. McCullough president in addition to his positions as vice chairman and chief financial officer, replacing John Riley who recently resigned following a company reorganization.


Barton R. Brookman has been named senior vice president, E&P. He was vice president, production.


Eric R. Stearns, the previous executive vice president, E&P, will continue as executive vice president with new responsibilities including acquisitions, strategic planning, natural gas marketing, human resources and information technology.


Dewey W. Gerdom has been named vice president, acquisitions and divestitures. He was vice president, exploration.


Celesta M. Miracle has been named vice president, strategic planning. She was vice president, communications and investor relations.
